Your home is assigned to one team with a named lead. When someone is out we tell you who is covering before they arrive, rather than after.
Everyone who enters your home is a W-2 employee we trained, screened through a county and national background check, and cover under our bond and liability policy.
Rates are set by square footage and how often we come, and they are printed on this page. No in-home sales visit before you learn the number.
Text or email within 24 hours of a visit and we return to correct it at no charge. If something gets broken, our bond covers it and we tell you the same day.
This is what the team works from on a standard recurring visit. It is the same list every time, so you can tell when something was skipped.
What we do not do: exterior windows, carpet extraction, walls above reach, chandeliers, biohazard or hoarding cleanup, and anything requiring a ladder over six feet. We will tell you who does, and we would rather say no than send two people to do it badly.
Starting figures are for a 1,800 square foot, three-bedroom home in the metro. Your exact number comes back the same day you ask for it.

Add-ons are flat too: inside the oven $45, inside the refrigerator $40, interior windows $6 each, finished basement $35. Recurring clients keep their rate for twelve months, and we give thirty days' notice before it changes. Skipping a visit is free with two days' notice.

Two adults working from home, one dog, and a kitchen that opens onto the living room, so nothing can be closed off and dealt with later. We moved them to weekly and split the visit: kitchen and floors every time, rotating a deep task through the rest.
The shower screen was scaled opaque along the bottom third. It took a deep clean plus a follow-up visit with a longer dwell time to bring back, and it now stays clear on the standard list.
Empty, four bedrooms, and a closing walkthrough in two days. Inside every closet and cabinet, appliances pulled and cleaned behind, and a photo set sent to the seller's agent so nothing was argued about at the table.
Three nights a week after seven, our own key and alarm code, desks left exactly as found. The owner had been rotating cleaning among staff and getting an argument about it every fortnight.
